More Than a Brand. A Legacy.
My name is Jeremy Emebe. I was born and raised in the suburbs of Paris, France. For most of my life, I was an athlete, but not in the ring. I played high-level basketball, taking my talents all the way to college in Canada.
But destiny has a funny way of catching up with you.
The Turning Point
My basketball career had ended, and I was in Canada searching for my next step. Then came the day the world lost a legend: Marvelous Marvin Hagler.
That loss was a wake-up call. It reminded me that time waits for no one. My parents had kept me away from boxing growing up to protect me, but the call was too strong. I realized I had to embrace the fighter within—not just to honor the past, but to build my own future.
Jean Marie Emebe
My father, Jean Marie Emebe, is my ultimate proof that it can be done. Coming from Cameroon at a time when there were very few African boxers on the world stage, he defied the odds.
He fought for the World Title twice, sharing the ring with legends like Marvin Johnson and Virgil Hill. He taught me that everything is possible, no matter where you start.
But I am not living in his shadow. I am fueled by his resilience, but I am writing my own story. My goal is clear: to grow this brand and to become a World Champion myself.
Why "Fighters Corner"?
I named this brand Fighters Corner because, in boxing, the corner is your lifeline. It’s where you find support, strategy, and safety.
I looked at the boxing gear market and saw a lot of generic designs with no soul. Just as Hip-Hop influenced basketball culture, I want to bring that same artistic flair to boxing. Fighters Corner is where style meets combat sports.
The Future
This is just the beginning. While we start with apparel, the vision is much bigger. My goal is to turn Fighters Corner into a Boxing Promotion and community hub, helping the next generation of fighters from places like Paris or Cameroon reach the top.
