Terms of sale

1. Introduction

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through Fighters Corner. By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy.

2. Products

All products available on Fighters Corner are made to order through trusted print-on-demand partners. Because each item is produced individually, slight variations in colour, design placement or sizing may occur. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing

All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated and are shown in your local currency where available. Shipping is free on all orders to the destinations listed in our Shipping Policy, so no shipping charge is added at checkout.

4. Order process

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email. Orders enter production shortly after purchase and cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun — if you need to change something, contact us immediately at contact@fighters-corner.com and we will help if the order has not yet started. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for reasons of product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you receive a full refund.

5. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, PayPal and the other secure payment methods offered at checkout.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping is free to every destination we serve, with no minimum order value. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for processing times, delivery estimates and the list of countries we ship to. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with location, carrier delays or customs procedures.

7. Returns and refunds

You may return any item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, including if you have simply changed your mind. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. Return postage is at your expense for a change of mind; we cover it if the item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or the wrong item was sent.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Our 30-day policy is more generous and applies in addition to that right. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under French or EU consumer law.

8. Intellectual property

All designs, logos, images and other content on Fighters Corner are the exclusive property of Fighters Corner and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fighters Corner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our products or website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including our liability under the legal guarantee of conformity.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of France. Any dispute arising from the use of the website or from purchases made shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts. As a consumer, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the country where you live, and you may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
