Placez l'extrémité du mètre ruban près du col, en haut du t-shirt (au niveau de l'épaule la plus haute). Tirez le mètre ruban jusqu'en bas du t-shirt.
Largeur B
Placez l'extrémité du ruban à mesurer au niveau de la couture sous la manche et tirez le ruban à mesurer sur le t-shirt jusqu'à la couture sous la manche opposée.
Longueur des manches C
Placez l'extrémité du mètre ruban au milieu du dos du col, puis faites-le glisser le long de la couture supérieure de la manche. Arrivé à l'épaule, maintenez le mètre ruban en place et continuez à le faire glisser le long de la manche jusqu'à l'ourlet.
